My sweetheart Ady’s gotcha day was Friday, and somehow, that’s less than a week before national dog day. You know what that means… PHOTO SHOOT TIME!

You may remember it’s been just over a year since I shared how my sweet pugs passed away. Ady came into my life at the perfect time. I seriously have no idea where I’d be without her.

Let’s celebrate national dog day!

First of all, a huge thanks to Lucky Dog in Lawrence for always keeping Ady supplied with the best treats. They are such a great resource if you’re looking for healthy treats for celebrating your pups.

And finally, thanks to all of you who have checked up on me, loved on Ady, and offered love, advice, and solace. I couldn’t think of a better way to honor the pugs than to bring Ady into my life. I’m truly the luckiest.
